Q: What do I do if I need information from the City?
A: Requests for information and general questions for all City departments can be directed to SBDirect at (909) 384-7272. Email contacts for most departments are also available on the City’s website.

A: Great news! Many frequently requested records and recent City news is available through this Request Portal. Please click the link to search existing requests for what you need: https://sanbernardino.nextrequest.com/requests
This portal is fully searchable by keyword or department.
Q: What if the record I am looking for is not found in the request database?
